This is the privacy policy for breakthedesign.com, run by Break The Design (“we”).
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email, and order details. Payment is processed by Stripe — your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. When you browse: basic functional cookies (your cart) and standard order-attribution data (which platform’s link brought you here) so we know which of our posts actually work.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.
If we start a newsletter, it will be strictly opt-in, and every email will have an unsubscribe link. Placing an order does not subscribe you to anything.
Who else sees your data
Only the services that make the store work: Stripe (payments), our shipping carrier (your address, to deliver your order), and our website host. Each only gets what it needs.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and handling returns.
