Shirt size exchanges
Got the wrong size on a shirt? Email contact@breakthedesign.com within 14 days of delivery. If the shirt is unworn and unwashed, we’ll exchange it for the size you need while stock lasts (you cover the shipping back to us; we cover sending the new one out).
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email contact@breakthedesign.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging — we’ll make it right with a replacement while stock lasts, or store credit.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package lost (no movement for 14+ days and never delivered), contact us and we’ll sort it out.
We only ship within the United States at this time.
